JM BRENTON INDUSTRIES CORPORATION

 

Sometime in September 1976, the Board of directors of JM & Company approved the diversification program of the company to go into industrial trading. In February 1977, BRENTON INDUSTRIES was organized as 100% owned by JM & Company, Inc.

 

On May 1996, BRENTON INDUSTRIES spun off to a new corporation which is now known as JM BRENTON INDUSTRIES CORPORATION. The industrial trading division's identity has gradually evolved into a Fluid Handling equipment company. Currently, it represents the following Products for the General industry:
